What CFD Analysis Covers
Problems We Solve
Know How It Flows Before You Build It.
Fluid behavior is difficult to predict from drawings alone
Airflow or pressure issues can affect product or system performance
Design changes become expensive after fabrication
Thermal hotspots or cooling failures are hard to detect without simulation
Simulation-backed insight is needed for better decisions
Physical prototype testing is too costly for early-stage validation
CFD Services We Offer

Simulation and Analysis
Conducting fluid flow simulations for various applications such as aerodynamics, hydrodynamics, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and more.

Product Design and Optimization
Assisting in the design and optimization of products, such as automotive components, aircraft wings, industrial equipment, and consumer goods, by analyzing fluid behavior.

Environmental Impact Studies
Assessing the environmental impact of fluid-related processes, such as pollutant dispersion in the air or water, to ensure compliance with regulations.

HVAC and Ventilation Analysis
Simulating airflow, temperature distribution, and ventilation performance in building systems to support HVAC design and optimization.

Pipe and Duct Flow Analysis
Analyzing pressure drop, velocity distribution, and flow behavior in piping and ductwork systems for industrial and building applications.

Thermal and Cooling Analysis
Evaluating heat dissipation, cooling performance, and temperature distribution in mechanical components and electronic assemblies.

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
What is CFD analysis?
CFD, or Computational Fluid Dynamics, is a simulation method used to study how fluids, gases, heat, and airflow behave in a design or system. It allows engineering teams to understand flow patterns, pressure distribution, temperature gradients, and performance characteristics before physical testing or production begins.
Are my project files kept confidential?
Yes. All project files, CAD models, and design data shared with TrueTechCad are treated as strictly confidential. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before any files are exchanged.
What do I need to send to get started?
Send us your 3D CAD model, STEP or IGES file, or a PDF drawing with geometry details. If you only have 2D drawings we can build the geometry needed for simulation. A brief description of what you need to understand from the analysis is also helpful.
How much does CFD analysis outsourcing cost?
Pricing depends on the complexity of the geometry, the type of analysis, and the number of simulation runs required. We quote per project. Send us your files or a brief description and we will respond with a quote within 24 hours with no obligation to proceed.
